The mission of County Line Baptist Church is to be found faithful in all that God has entrusted to us and to reach Lithia Springs, Douglas County, the state of Georgia, the United States, and the entire world with the Gospel of Jesus Christ.

 
We strive to reach that mission by holding true to our vision: 

Raise the Expectations of our People:

            We always expect God to do amazing things, but what does He expect of us?  When we are born, God gives each of us unique talents.  When we accept Jesus Christ as our Lord and Savior, the Holy Spirit gives each of us special gifts.  These gifts are given to us so that we can edify the body of Christ.  The church is that body.  We expect the members of CLBC to use the talents and gifts that God has given them to serve Him and to function as their part of the body to the very best of their ability.

 
Evangelize our Community:

            In Acts 1:8, Jesus tells us that “we shall be witnesses to Me in Jerusalem, and in all Judea and Samaria, and to the end of the earth.”  A witness is someone who tells the truth.  We want to tell the Truth of Jesus Christ to our community.  Who is our community?  Our community is made up of our neighbors.  Our neighbors are not just the people that live around us; instead they are the everyone that need mercy.  We want share the Gospel so that everyone, everywhere will have the opportunity to respond to the Mercy of God.

 
Disciple our Congregation:

            In Matthew 28:19, Jesus says to “Go therefore and make disciples of all the nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, teaching them to observe all things that I have commanded you; and lo, I am with you always, even to the end of the age.”  For those that come to CLBC, we want to teach them the truths of God’s Word.  In doing so, they can have a more intimate walk with Him and be able to defend the hope we have in Jesus Christ, and be prepared for the Spiritual Warfare we face everyday.

 
All of this is done under the umbrella of John 13:35, when Jesus says “By this all will know that you are My disciples, if you have love for one another."

 
To put it simply, we want to be in the RED; covered in the shed blood of Christ!
